Meditate & Paint with Madeline Moran

This is a reflective, creative experience that invites students to explore self-expression through paint.

Each session begins with a brief guided meditation to help center the mind, followed by open-ended art making informed by foundational principles of art therapy and basic color theory. Participants are encouraged to work intuitively using a variety of provided media, including paint, colored pencils, watercolors, and oil pastels.

The session concludes with optional time for reflection and sharing in a supportive, non-judgmental group setting.

The tone and depth of each class can shift based on the chosen meditation - creating space for presence, curiosity, and personal exploration within a safe, welcoming environment.
