Youth Program Coordinator
This role oversees our youth ceramics program and ensures the program runs smoothly each day. The coordinator supports instructors and staff, manages scheduling, and serves as the main point of contact for families. Pay: Hybrid Salary: $12,000-$18,000 for 10 weeks Base Pay + Profit share Responsibilities -Coordinate weekly youth clay programs -Support instructors and staff -Manage daily schedule and studio setup -Communicate with parents and guardians -Ensure safety and smooth program operations Qualifications -Experience working with youth programs and arts education -Strong organizational and communication skills -Interest in arts education
Studio Assistant
This role supports daily studio operations by ensuring the space is clean, organized, and fully functional for members, classes, and staff. The Studio Assistant is responsible for opening and closing procedures, clay reclaim, kiln support, and front-of-house tasks. Pay: $15/hour Responsibilities -Open the studio and prepare all front-of-house areas for the day -Manage clay reclaim -Clean, restock, and maintain bathrooms and common areas -Perform full closing reset, including mopping, cleaning surfaces, and organizing all tools and materials -Load and unload kilns and maintain kiln shelves -Mix glazes -Assist customers with sales and run checkout at front desk -Restock, label, and price retail and studio inventory Qualifications -Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented -Comfortable with physical tasks and working in a hands-on environment -Ability to work independently and follow established procedures -Strong organizational skills -Customer service experience
Youth Instructors
Bring your creativity to where it matters most - youth classes! Work with talented, young minds, and share your expertise. Work with our coordinator to design lesson plans based on your passions and interests. You will have (2) other employees helping you run the 3-hour classes for one or more of the age groups: 7-11, 12-15, and mixed. Pay: $22/hr Responsibilities -Plan and execute classes -Work with Coordinator and staff -Manage studio set up and clean up -Ensure safety and smooth program operations Qualifications -Experience working with youth and arts education -Strong organizational and communication skills
Summer Camp Staff
Guide young minds on their creative journey through hands-on support! You will directly impact the art experience for youth, helping with projects and logistic support. Have fun this summer while gaining experience in education. You will be one of three staff or educators, helping during 3-hour classes for one or more of the age groups: 7-11, 12-15, and mixed. Pay: $18/hr Responsibilities -Work directly with youth, helping them learn and create -Support Instructors and Coordinators in day-to-day operations -Assist in drop-off and pick-up -Help with studio set up and clean up -Ensure safety and smooth program operations Qualifications -Experience working with youth -Interest in arts education -Reliable transportation
