Coils Class: Handbuilding Workshop with Ryan

Spend the day with Ryan and dive deep into the essential techniques of hand-building. This special intensive is designed for students who want focused, skill-building instruction in both slab and coil construction. Find the first half here!
Students may register for an individual session or attend the full day for a complete handbuilding immersion. All sessions include a free ticket to our Glaze Class on May 2, where you’ll finish your pieces and bring your work to life with color and surface.

Discover the versatility of coil building as you learn how to construct dynamic, well-balanced forms from the ground up. Students will explore shaping, blending, and strengthening coils to create vessels or sculptural pieces with intentional form and movement.
